People are nice and hard working just no place to move up to
HR Manager likes to gossip and is extremely unethical. Managers feel like they are walking on egg shells every day & that shouldn’t be.
Flexibility. They do give 5 PTO days per year with one week paid vacation after a year but if you leave, even after you’ve earned it, the HR Manager won’t pay you out for it so good luck there!
He’s clueless about what goes on behind HR doors and should be more involved in decision making like hiring, firing, practices, policies, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in the industry however.
I would start by running out the HR Manager who is extremely unethical and who is never in compliance with anything she does. Then things might actually come together!
Just researched the company and their locations.
Compensation is great if your upper management but good luck getting there.
It’s awful because they portray themselves to be an upstanding, ethical company and in some aspects they are. It’s just the higher iOS that aren’t so much. It’s sad really.
Feeling fulfilled at the end of the day and knowing that I helped someone better themselves that day.
None
Discrimination, cliques, bullying, management picks favorites and treats others like dirt.
None it’s the worst job ever.
