The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

As the traumatic brain injury (TBI) Pathway of Care manager within the Military Health System (MHS), TBICoE promotes state-of-the-science care from point-of-injury to reintegration for Service members, veterans, and their families to prevent and mitigate consequences of mild to severe TBI. * Serves as a TBICoE SME on the intersection of concussion and behavioral health outcomes.
* Demonstrates knowledge of research on emerging areas of clinical practice, brain health threats, and warfighter-relevant demand signals.
* Provides expertise and analysis to TBICoE senior leadership on issues of TBI research, clinical care and standards of care for patients with protracted behavioral health symptoms following military TBI.
* Collaborates with and receives direction from TBICoE leadership, DoD health care policy offices and other SMEs to assist in enhancing metrics for evaluation and standardization of TBI services and programs, as well as ongoing rehabilitation needs for behavioral health concerns after TBI.
* May provide input for development of training platforms/tools. When appropriate, provides direct training.
* Provides consultation to leadership in TBICoE, DoD and clinical programs regarding the evidence on concussion and behavior health evaluation, treatment and management, identification of gaps in evidence, the current and future needs in the military and future research requirements.
* Supports TBICoE researchers as a SME.
* May directly collaborate in TBICoE/DoD research projects.

Job Description:
* Re-enabling ports and the changing of VLANs on the Access Switches.
* Assisting government counterparts with on-site and off-site solutions.
* Execute the installation, configuration, and upgrade of software and hardware across multiple security classifications.
* Execute first class customer service by demonstrating equal and fair treatment of personnel.
* Create documentation of knowledge base services and solutions.
* Execute effective verbal communication to technical and non-technical personnel using multiple channels (In person, email, phone, and VTC).
* Engage and support organizations with technical and digital solutions (Including VIP coverage for GG-15, SES, and General Officer personnel).
* Serve as a consultant by engaging new and existing customers in developing technical and digital solutions by coordinating with CIO Senior Representatives (CSRs), supplying technical expertise, and providing guidance with the supply chain risk management process.
* Collaborate with 30+ outside technical agencies and organizations as a DIA/GDIT representative - Responsible with working closely with partner organizations on technical projects and tasks. (i.e. DISA, U.S Army, Air Force, National Guard Bureau. and CESO).
* Execute logistical duties such as: Schedule the delivery and collection of equipment and unloading and staging of new equipment.
* Assist and execute the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Studio and Desktop Video Teleconferencing systems.
* Execute the imaging and configuration of mobile systems such as laptops and tablets.
* Execute cable installation and management for new and existing office spaces. Collaborate with non-DIA agencies for networking requirements.
* Engage and execute multiple small-medium projects by participating in the planning, requirement gathering, multi-organizational collaboration, resource management, installation, risk management, quality assurance, and technical support.
* Provide incident response to small-large-scale issues by providing technical support, multi-organizational collaboration, system restoration, eradication, recovery verification, and preventive measures.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $46.43 - $62.81. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

**Basic Qualifications:**
