This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. This position is 100% onsite in Wichita, KS Key Accountabilities * Collaborate with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders * IT Sourcing and IT Contract term reviews, negotiations in partnership with IT leadership, Procurement and Legal * Partner with IT Service or Software providers to ensure services meet standards, meets or exceeds SLA's, resolve escalations, and set priorities as needed * Work within the established vendor management governance framework * Manage the communication and coordination for vendor initiated licensing audits * Manage hardware device refresh plans, budgets, and vendor relationship * Monitor backlog and address for mitigation, as required * Remove roadblocks or escalate, as appropriate * Ensure technology upgrade roadmaps are understood * Support appropriate vendor team member onboarding and accesses, * Review, plan, and represent requests for maintenance, budgets, leases and renewals * Proactively coordinate with other IT and vendor leaders where appropriate. Required Qualifications: * 3 + years of related experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrated leadership skills * Must be onsite at the Wichita facility * Vendor performance and relationship management experience * HS Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: * Sourcing and negotiation experience * Project Management experience * Hardware and/or software licensing experience * Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or teleconferencing Union: This is a union-represented position. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $80,550 - $123,500 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit AeroSystems' Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
