The HR Manager for our TDI location supports client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. **Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to site leadership, front line leaders, and employees with specific focus on: Employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations
+ Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
+ Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
+ Leads HR process improvement using FLIGHT DECK
+ Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
+ Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like PPG, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation and New Manager Assimilation
+ Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area OR unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HumanResources and/or relevant work experience (roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management).

Convergent Science is seeking a motivated HR Generalist/Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills. This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Madison, WI.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and
coordinating and administering employee benefits
Recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing applicants, screening resumes and onboarding new hires
Assisting in developing HR policies, procedures, and manager training
Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions
Managing employment law compliance (ADA, FSLA, DOL) and FMLA/leave administration
Coordinating travel for employees
Overseeing and maintaining all aspects of two office building locations, including managing relationships with vendors (janitorial, HVAC, electrical, property manager, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in humanresources or related field
3-5 years of HR experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, creative, and highly self-motivated
Payroll processing experience (desirable)
Knowledge of immigration processes (desirable)
Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (desirable)

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $239,400 - $312,550
Zone B: $216,000 - $282,000
Zone C: $198,900 - $259,675
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Job Purpose
The Manager, Case Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Case Management department. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain professional standards
Serve as a clinical resource and lend guidance to staff in utilization management, discharge planning, and care coordination issues
Provide operational and clinical oversite to ensure that all day-to-day activity supports optimum patient throughput and excellent patient care
Demonstrate integral involvement in the quality improvement activities of the case management department
Work with the case managers, clinical nurse managers, physicians, and social work to facilitate Interdisciplinary Rounds to ensure compliance with the patient treatment plan
Facilitate patient flow and monitor length of stay for each patient; Meet with Case Managers and Social Workers to review medically complex and long stay cases and refer to physician advisors as required
Collaborate with the Directors of Case Management and Social Work to maintain, review and update all policies in accordance with hospital, professional and regulatory standards
Create and maintain an environment of care where patients, families, staff and others are treated with respect, dignity and in a professional manner, promoting an environment respectful of cultural diversity
Attend interdisciplinary rounds as necessary
Regularly review avoidable day, excess day and denial data for follow-up and development of process improvement actions as necessary
Ensure UM deliverables are met such as timely admissions and continued stay reviews

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to site leadership, front line leaders, and employees with specific focus on: Employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations
* Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
* Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
* Leads HR process improvement using FLIGHT DECK
* Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
* Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like PPG, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation and New Manager Assimilation
* Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area OR unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HumanResources and/or relevant work experience (roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management).
