LOCATION: Onsite - Foley, AL SHIFT: Monday - Thursday (from 5:15AM - 2:15PM) and Friday (from 5:15AM - 11:15AM) What You Will Do: Lead a team of composite repair mechanics to ensure quality of work performed, compliance with procedures and drive performance to team and organizational targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental practices. Is aware of and looks for potential safety hazards. Takes needed action if issues arise. Assists in cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness. Ensure scheduled ship date accuracy. Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance on development opportunities. Responsible for team compliance, including attendance, training records, safety. Manage area overtime and direct versus indirect time. Manage team vacation schedule while supporting customer needs.
