Manage the partnership with Digital Technology and time and attendance application support to provide feedback and direction on the time and attendance system road map & strategy, and partner on implementation and maintenance.
Drive process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
Resolving complex escalations and risk, explaining complex payroll concepts to a range of employee personas from executives to HR to production employees in a clear and approachable manner.
Implement standard work for pay & time processes & procedures.
Building strong cross-functional relationships and executive stakeholder management; aligning objectives and resources across functions; surfacing risks with mitigation plans.
Analyzing payroll data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, leading root cause analysis; translating insights into action plans with measurable outcomes.
Managing over/underpayment processes and partnership with HR and Union Relations / Employee Relations teams to ensure appropriate action.
Provide insight on team strategy and continuous improvement solutions.
Identifying opportunities and pain points, offering solution design options to improve payroll and time & attendance processes.
Providing payroll and time & attendance expertise and leadership during M&A activities.
Translating strategies into action plans and align team priorities to the business.
Obtaining certification in either Workday, Time System or Payroll within one year in role to ensure appropriate level of technical leadership for role.
Serve as a peer mentor to other team leaders in NAM organization.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university with minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area.
Expertise in Workday Payroll, time & attendance systems and integration with payroll processes.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including FLSA, tax compliance and reporting.
Willing to travel as needed up to 15%.
Desired Characteristics:
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Workday, or time system certification.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex payroll challenges.

Pay and Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $117,000 - 160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. * Ensure support of proposal development activities involving supply chain

Qualifications:

* Aggregate and analyze cross-site KPIs and leading indicators.

* New MES implementation leadership (cross-site)
* Provide cross-site functional leadership for MES deployment: define business requirements, standardize processes to be digitized, align data models/BOM-routings, and own cutover readiness criteria.
* Coordinate pilots, change management, user acceptance testing, and training; ensure integration with ERP/MRP and quality systems.
* Track stabilization metrics post-go-live (transaction accuracy, throughput impact, data latency, exception rates).
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or related field
* A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations, program management, supply chain, or business operations supporting complex hardware/software products
* A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team with direct reports

We are searching for the best talent for a SeniorManager, Design Systems. This role will located in Cincinnati, OH & work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site. Relocation assistance is available to qualified candidates.
Purpose: Our SeniorManager will have end to end ownership over our system requirements, risk management, test methods, and Verification and Validation strategies for the Hand-held devices. The role will also have responsibility to develop and mature Systems Engineering principles, tools, and process. The leader should have a change agent mindset to usher the organization towards cutting edge, lean, 'quality appropriate to the task' methodologies while appreciating the legacy procedures that drove our previous success.
The role will serve the full Endo-mechanical and Energy portfolios and work closely with the NPD and PPMG Sponsors to balance resources in accordance to priority and need. Further, the leader will partner with the Quality and Regulatory groups to ensure we are maintaining the highest level of compliance that has been a staple within Ethicon. This team member will have career development, resource management, and oversight responsibilities for executing against all of our risk mitigation and design control deliverables.
You will be responsible for:
* Provide overall technical oversight and leadership for Design Systems and Execution Team.
* Establish departmental standards for software, techniques, and tools for systems engineering, product requirements-traceability, and FMEA's.
* Develop and lead a best-in-class Test Method Validation and Measure System Analysis group.
* Establish the groups' guidelines, standards and adherence to our verification and validation strategies.
* Ability to use analytical skills to assess and modify design proposals to mitigate any potential failures or flaw.
* Proactively assess and review risk mitigation and escalation processes and drive timely project execution.
* Develop metrics, scorecards, and communicate program progress with the organization, partners, and senior leadership.
* Collaborate, cooperate, and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
* Partner with R&D platform leadership to support success of platform goals and objectives.
* Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality baselines.

Qualifications / Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, Advanced Degree strongly preferred. Engineering or Science discipline highly desired.
* Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience required.
* At least 2+ years relevant experience as a people leader with 5 or more direct reports required.
* Experience or certification in Systems Engineering principles including -Model or similar framework.
* Proficient in lean and six sigma methodologies.
* Proven track record leading product development teams to deliver R&D goals and milestones.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to work effectively with teams.
* Expertise in building requirements and the associated traceability of requirements through-out the design controls deliverables.
* Expertise around risk management and documentation (e.g. FMEA's).
* Expertise in designing complex design verification and validation strategies.
* Expertise in Test Method Validations and Measurement Systems Analysis (e.g. Gage R&R's).
* Medical Device industry experience or regulated industry experience are a plus for this role.
* Understanding of surgery, surgical procedures, and the design and application of surgical devices, as well as the quality system / regulatory environment is preferred.
