This great growth opportunity will provide an ambitious individual with the ability to interface with the proposal analysts, acquisition professionals, external suppliers, and the Strategic Affordability Analysis (SAA) organization. This individual will provide analytical support to the Proposal Team in the review of supplier proposals for compliance to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). For these reasons, a strong background in cost accounting, auditing, estimating, and analytical techniques is required.
What You will Do:
Use the SPAC Reviewer's Checklist to review supplier proposals for compliance to the FAR and internal Raytheon pricing policies.
Communicate findings to both proposal analysts and acquisition professionals for reach back to suppliers
Create the CAPA request form (SAA-002) form for cost analysis and Commercial Item Determination (CID) requests to SAA in support of Centralized Proposal Team (CPT) efforts
Work closely with SAA
Support supplier calls with the proposal analysts/acquisition professionals when necessary for Cost and Pricing Data questions/requirements
Train Supply Chain personnel and suppliers on the Supplier Proposal Adequacy Checklist
Provide monthly reporting on first pass metrics, highlighting suppliers that continuously submit cost and pricing data that does not meet FAR requirements
Work special improvement projects with suppliers to refine their proposal process and to drive quicker cycle time to submit compliant proposals
Qualifications You Must Have:

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
