This role will be pivotal in the development and execution of innovative strategic commercial plans to support the seamless **end-to-end patient journey** for intismeran autogene. This process begins with the acquisition of patient tumor and blood samples, genetic sequencing of the samples, customized manufacturing of the individualized therapy and subsequent delivery back to the health care provider for administration to the patient in combination with our immuno-oncology product. This role will also drive the strategy to develop the treatment site network and site readiness for the launch of intismeran autogene.     The Capacity Assessment Team Leader is responsible to build and develop a team to implement processes and measurement systems relating to capacity, capacity assessment and delivery readiness. You'll need to be entrepreneurial in working with new suppliers, scouting new sources and materials for GE Aerospace product. You will need to be a strong procurement professional, able to make deals and establish new relationships with confidence. As a member of the Critical Minerals Organization, you'll work with a cross-functional team of Procurement and Engineering leaders dedicated to establishing a thorough understanding of GE Aerospace's critical mineral supply chain; assessing associated availability risks and opportunities; and building a comprehensive critical mineral strategy that secures delivery stability for GE Aerospace products. This team will partner closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure holistic solutions are developed and pursued for the entire GE Aerospace business, inclusive of both CES and D&S. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities * Organize regular meetings with key members of your category's Procurement and Engineering teams. You will own these relationships and are accountable for project management to develop solutions for any elemental supply gaps. * Create data-based tracking and management of elemental supply within your category. Establish the gap with data and track it over time. * Analyze and create a baseline of geopolitical risk for your category. * Stay knowledgeable on news related to geopolitical supply challenges and how it affects your most important elements. * Meet with and manage current suppliers within your category responsible for elemental procurement * Scout, identify, and establish relationships with new suppliers that can solve gaps in your elemental supply.
