An outpatient health center near Dodge County, Wisconsin is looking to add a Physician to their team. This facility is located only 15 minutes from the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, a perfect spot for trail walking, fishing, hunting, and skiing. The county has five lakes, where people kayak, hike, and snowboard. This position is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors and four-season living.
Certification: MD/DO Title: Physician (General Medicine) Board Status: Board Certified Residency/Training: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine Experience: Clean background with no malpractice (highly preferred) Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
