In October 2013, Dimitrios Smyrnios was named chief executive officer of Schwan's Company. He is the sixth CEO since the company's founding in 1952. Earlier, Dimitrios began his career with the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo, where he spent eight years in progressive roles with sales and marketing teams. In 1993, he joined Nestle Waters North America in southern California. During his tenure, he had accepted roles of increasing responsibility and eventually was named executive vice president and general manager of the Nestle Waters Home & Office Division and the Retail Division. Later, he served as president of Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Division.

Scott Clawson
Culligan

Scott is currently the President & CEO of Culligan International, a global leader in clean water treatment. From 2007 to 2011, he was the President & CEO of GSI, a global agricultural equipment and systems company that was acquired by AGCO in 2011. Prior to GSI, Scott was CEO of Ryko Enterprises, a large vehicle wash system manufacturer. Previously, Scott held a variety of leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, a diversified manufacturing and technology company. Scott holds a B.S. with High Honors from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
