Recognized throughout the Lehigh Valley for excellence in video and television production as well as community impact, multi-Emmy® award winning Ashley Russo is president and owner of ASR Media PRODUCTIONS and creator, producer, and host of The PEAK TV. An entrepreneur, mentor, and community leader, before beginning ASR Media, Ashley was a producer for NBC’s Today Show and worked with Bloomberg Business News, the Weather Channel, Ruder Finn PR, and WNYU Radio.

Ashley’s work is grounded in having a positive impact on the world, creating television and video content that is interesting, informative and moving. ASR Media and The PEAK TV are dreams realized for Ashley--being on a journey with people and using her voice to help others express their own.

With her hard working attitude, Ashley is constantly raising the bar and highly regarded for her commanding presence, business savvy, honesty, intuition, drive, and generosity. Whether it’s capturing the ideal video sound bite for the world’s largest nonprofit organization, spotlighting Pennsylvania’s fastest growing region, or guiding her employees toward the next step of their career, Ashley is instrumental in the advancement of those around her.

The daughter of a female CEO, Ashley was fortunate to witness her mother’s mentorship and philanthropic activities and has continued this tradition, mentoring countless students and employees, both women and men. Ashley has been honored as a “Forty Under40” of the Greater Lehigh Valley, one of 25 Women of Influence, and a Woman of Style. Her many board appointments include the Executive Board of the United Way of Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
