Summary: The Maintenance Technician can perform a wide variety of work to ensure that the facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. Responsibilities

Works with Supervisor to mentor/develop team and Tech's in training.
Work with Vendors aligned to facilities.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to change load wheels on power equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, wiring.
Maintains building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used.
Document all work order activities to comply with MP2 requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.
Experience working in maintenance in a distribution center setting.
Building conveyor maintenance experience required.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician B or at least three (3) years equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
Licenses/Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. Successful completion of the Hire Vue assessment is required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Selected candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends.
The ideal candidate will work the evening-shift (7pm-7am hours).

Essential Duties:
* Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, ventilating, air conditioning and drainage systems. Recommend contracted assistance when on-center repair is not possible.
* Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets and fuses as directed.
* Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
* Install window shades, coverages, security locks, etc.
* Perform repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures, washers, seals, etc.
* Help prepare surfaces for finishing, including painting, as directed.
* Direct inmates assigned to facility maintenance.
Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent (GED).
* Technical training and general knowledge of repair and maintenance plus three (3) years related experience preferred.
* Valid driver's license in state of Ohio with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
* Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities
Mows golf course to specification by using various types of mowing equipment.
Hand rakes sand bunkers.
Changes cups on putting greens.
Keeps course clean of litter and hazardous obstacles.
May be asked to mix/apply pesticides under direct supervision of a licensed applicator.
Performs routine maintenance (e.g. clean, repair) on equipment and storage facility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Able to work early hours beginning at 5:00a.m. - 6:00a.m., seven days a week required.
Able to operate motorized equipment required.
Knowledge of golf course etiquette and regulations required.
Able to perform heavy physical work for extended periods of time required.
Able to balance multiple assignments successfully required.
Able to work in varied weather conditions (i.e. extreme heat, rain) required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Able to maintain courteous and helpful behavior required.

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including robotic welders, conveyors, and transfer systems, to keep production running safely and efficiently. This position will pay $36.42 / hour with a 6% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Must be available for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and equipment
+ Remove and replace worn or defective parts; rebuild spindles, cylinders, valves, pumps, and gearboxes
+ Start up and test equipment after repair to verify safe, effective operation
Diagnostics and Technical Support
+ Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and alignment
+ Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to diagnose issues
+ Inspect and measure parts to identify wear, misalignment, and other defects
Fabrication and Shop Work
+ Operate machine-shop equipment to fabricate and repair components
+ Perform basic machining and welding work as needed
Safety, Compliance, and Documentation
+ Follow plant safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
+ Document all maintenance and repair activities for reporting and traceability
+ Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Minimum Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Journeyman Machine Repairman or minimum 8 years in trade
Additional Requirements
+ Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
+ Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and use aerial lift equipment
+ Must be able to work outdoors during cold and inclement weather
+ US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
