The Impact You'll Make:

Manage high level bottler relationships with sales center leadership within our bottlers. Implement Monster business unit and division priorities with their specific sales and distribution centers.
Complete comprehension and utilization of all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market including but not be limited to surveys, training tools, sales data software, asset allocation, and internal social platforms.
Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions by influencing bottler actions at multiple levels of their organization. Accomplish through partnership ridealongs in retail outlets, sales presentations within the bottler's facilities, "huddle" calls with bottler reps, and team calls with both internal and external partners.
Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placements.
Accomplish in conjunction with bottler partners in the trade together or through influencing bottler actions.
Lead and develop region crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives plus local retail meetings. Duties would include planning, communicating, executing and owning all facets of sales events, set-up, tear-down, customer hosting, sales presentations, and additional responsibilities.
Who You Are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration
Between 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in Beverage or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) field

SUMMARY
The General Manager (GM) provides market leadership and direction for the effective management of operations and the delivery of home health agency services, strategic planning, development and attainment of market/Company goals and objectives.

Directly and indirectly supervises market staff.
Demonstrates and gives proper assistance in handling of satisfactory on-site surveys by all regulatory bodies as pertains to home health.
Participates in the development of the company-wide Performance Improvement Plan in consultation with Executive Team and Clinical Coordinators.
Establishes a clear channel of communication between Executive Team, Clinical Coordinators and staff to keep them informed and promotes professional working relationships with alt departments and agencies.
Demonstrates understanding of the principles of human resources, applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Leads and attends company committees as requested.
Exercises authority through channels to ensure delegation and empowerment of staff.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare or health service administration experience

Preferred:
Master's degree - MBA is desirable but not required.
At least two (2) years of leadership experience in home healthcare strongly preferred.

The Store Manager I is responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) financial performance of the store. This includes merchandise sales, credit and other miscellaneous revenues, expense management, and achievement of planned cost recovery goals. The Store Manager I is also accountable for customer satisfaction, Associate morale and the reverse flow of Home Delivery inventory from the Direct Delivery, Contract Sales, Retail Stores through the receipt of merchandise from the Outlet Redistribution Center and Vendor Direct Merchandise Receipts. The Store Manager I ensures that corporate programs and policies are executed in a way that maximizes store cost recovery, through superior customer service and both Associate and asset productivity. The Store Manager ensures that Outlet Store presentation standards are maintained at the highest possible level. The Store Manager I is also a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices.
