The Role We Want You For

The Specifics of the Role
Responsible for the organization and direction of all on-site construction related activities and the primary contact for all project field activities.
Ensure construction operations are in compliance with design, specifications, and that construction operations are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
Responsible for site management including management of construction subcontractors, professional staff to include field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and workforce services. Responsible for managing and maintaining detailed daily reports.
Ensures the development and execution of project automation plan, environmental compliance plan, safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, construction execution plan, and job-site work rules.
Responsible for implementation of Clayco's safety program, security, housekeeping, and fire protection on the construction site and ensures strict adherence Federal and State safety codes.
Ensures the field organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel and ensures effective personnel utilization.
Establishes and implements construction schedules, methods, manning charts, material, and equipment requirements.
Responsible for field project performance and analyzes performances for adherence to quality standards and schedules.
Plans and establishes procedures to ensure all construction operations meet engineering designs and specifications.
Ensures Clayco's policies and procedures are fully implemented.
Establishes project field procedures to be worked in conjunction with the Clayco's standards, as necessitated by project conditions.
Collaborates with the jobsite team to ensure labor harmony throughout the project.
Partners with the project management team to maintain effective client relationship and is the primary contact for client's communication with the field activities.

Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
Ensure subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule are documented and are forwarded to the project management team.
Follow guidelines of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program written for the job site.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
20-25 years of relevant experience, with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge both scope and value of project.
Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
Utility relocates and slope stability works.
Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.

The Role
As the Delivery Lead you will be working on exciting, innovative solutions as the face to the client, liaison to the technical teams, and driving new ideas and future initiatives. The Delivery Lead is responsible for proactively building and deepening client relationships, both within the client project group and across the organization.
Responsibilities

Understanding and Serving the needs of each Team
Responsible for navigating all phases of the team's cycle, including coordinating with clients and technical teams to ensure all aspects of delivery are met, client satisfaction, deliverables and risks are mitigated in order to ensure project and customer success
Accountable for keeping the team on track by enabling the team to self-organize
Ensuring team health through 1:1's with team members
Navigating the technical landscape to deliver innovative software and data solutions for clients
understand the technical requirements and deliverables to coordinate with team members and act as liaison to client
communicate and translate technical objectives
when applicable, offer alternate solutions to client requests in order to drive the innovative path forward.
Requirements
Bachelor in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders, technical teams, and proven experience delivering software or data solutions
Experience working with Agile software development or data solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication and prepared to exhibit serving leadership every day
Experience communicating with and presenting to executive level stakeholders at enterprise-sized organizations
Desired Skills
Naturally curious and asks a lot of questions to understand client's personal and professional goals
Passionate about understanding business objectives and finding potential solutions through software development

What you bring to the table:

Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects. Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts. Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Assistant GeneralManager Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
All other locations: $12.00 to $22.00 per hour
State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

The Manager of Medical Oncology Services provides clinical and operational oversight to the Infusion and Medical Oncology clinics of the DDCI. The Manager will be a part of the DDCI leadership team and will collaborate with oncology providers, and both departments within the DDCI and Health System. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement plans to ensure high quality outcomes and to remain complaint with all policies and regulations.
Responsible for the development and implementation of capital and operational budgets. Reviews monthly financial statements and works collaboratively with the DDCI Director to ensure financial efficiency.
Develops and implements department policies, procedures and job descriptions. Identifies and initiates strategies for process improvement within the department(s).
Coordinates orientations and validates competencies of new staff members. Responsible for annual employee evaluations and oversees the hiring of staff.
Maintains appropriate training to serve as the Medical Oncology EMR super-user and provides ongoing support to staff.
Determines the need for and plans staff development, training, and continuing education.
Develops and maintains a professional and nurturing atmosphere for patients, families, providers, and staff.
Provides oversight of all aspects of staffing and processes improvement to ensure efficient work flows, works closely with physicians to implement processes that support and enhance the practice setting.
Schedules staff, monitors attendance, and approves PDO requests.
Responsible for the ongoing development of the patient experience and employee engagement.
Tracks quality assurance data and monitors for acute and chronic care management to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Ensures appropriate patient safety standards are developed and adhered to.

Education
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor degree in health-related field required.
Work Experience
Minimum five years nursing experience with at least two years clinical nursing leadership experience required. Excellent computer, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills required. A blend of hospital and clinic nursing experience preferred.
Certification/License
Current RN license in the State of Missouri or Compact state required. American Heart Association BLS certification required. OCN-Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
Mental/Physical Requirements

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As the Regional Partnerships Manager, Sales, you'll drive new school partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to help schools harness the power of play for their students. You'll play a key role in growing Playworks' regional footprint through strategic outreach, partnership development, and our lead generation strategy that expands our programs across Northern California.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Regional Partnerships Director. It is a hybrid role, with time split between working remotely and being onsite at schools or partner meetings. Because in-person engagement is essential, the ideal candidate must live in Northern California and be able to travel to school sites across the region as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with the Regional Partnerships Director to design and implement the regional lead generation strategy and calendar to expand Playworks' services in Northern California.
Lead monthly outreach efforts, including cold outreach, consultative site visits, email campaigns, conferences, and social media engagement, while representing Playworks at meetings, trainings, and community events to strengthen relationships and regional visibility.
Develop and manage campaigns that build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and customers across all service models, while nurturing relationships with existing districts, schools, expanded learning programs, and community organizations
Manage the full sales cycle and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and monday.com, collaborating with the training team to ensure services are scheduled and delivered.
Plan and coordinate monthly site visits and other engagement opportunities to showcase Playworks' services and impact in action.
Support the regional leadership team in developing and refining a strategic partnership strategy to grow both direct service and training opportunities across the region.
Contribute to the building of a sales pipeline to increase impact according to plan and in the schools and districts that are of the highest strategic priority.
Collaborate with the ops team to identify market research, funding opportunities to help inform our lead generation strategy.
