Actively partner across business teams including partnership on the eCommerce innovation pipeline by identifying and developing new ideas. * Omnichannel Capability Development & Enablement: * Effectively articulate to business and senior leadership teams what is happening across eCommerce-what's driving sales, what risks exist, and what actions are needed to address them. Provide lens on competitive landscape and where opportunities exist. * Lead the development and scaling of eCommerce capabilities. This involves partnering with global eCommerce teams to build and implement insights and capabilities, identifying and implementing optimal technology solutions (e.g., data ingestion, analytics, content management), and driving alignment on best practices, KPIs, and benchmarks across teams.
