Shift hours: (Shift schedule will be determined upon hire) * 12-hour shifts * 5:00 pm to 5:00 am * 6:00 pm to 6:00 am * 6:30 pm to 6:30 am * Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays * Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ROLE OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Supervisor provides front-line safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant and platform results. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for direct leadership of the mechanics and maintenance capability specialists. They are responsible for building maintenance capability at all levels of the platform team. The Maintenance Team Leader works to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data-driven and focused on root cause elimination. The Associate ProductionManager sets the strategy for our operating department by providing leadership for the Platform Team and by directly managing our Operations Supervisors and the Platform Project Leader.
