Production Operator - Wellston, OH
As part of the manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and participation in the startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment
Shift hours:
Hiring for 2nd and 3 shifts
8 to 12-hour shift availability
* 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm
* 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 am
* Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
* Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
* Please note: Department schedules vary, so we'll discuss your specific work week during the onboarding process. Please be aware that some schedules may include up to six days a week.
Pay:
* Starting pay $20.85-$22.40 per hour (dependent on role assigned)
* Progression increases up to $23.20 per hour

What you have to offer:
* Minimum of a high school diploma or GED

Summary:
In a fast-paced work environment, the Production Line Operator's (Bakery Mixer) responsibility is to accurately scale and mix all ingredients according to the specified Bill of Materials (BOM).
Responsibilities:
· Operates scales, meters, mixers, dough hoist, and related equipment in the mixing area.
· Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
· Requests the Bill of Materials (BOM) from the Gatekeeper/Lead for the current product in production.
· Takes over the required ingredients from the Gatekeeper, ensuring they match the ingredients specified in the BOM.
· Mixes the ingredients according to the BOM and approved standard operating procedures (SOPs), recording necessary information, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements.
Experience:
· High school, GED or equivalent.
Skills:
· One to three months of food manufacturing or packaging experience.
· Ability to work overtime, irregular hours or rotating shifts.
· Proficiency in spoken, written, and comprehension of English.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse individuals in the plant.
· Competence in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, formulas, policies, and procedures manuals.
· Ability to accurately record information and perform basic mathematical calculations in various units of measure.

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Skilled Machine Operators to work in our rectangle cup production area in Mason, OH. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Currently hiring for 3rd shift ( 10:30 p-630a) positions.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Outstanding attendance record.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.
Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment, to be administered after receiving a passing interview score

Portion-sized Rectangle Cup Condiments, Sauces, Jellies, and Syrups
Job Overview:Responsibilities & Duties:
May include, but isn't limited to:
Operating filling equipment; making minor machine adjustments.
Performs packaging of finished product packages.
Making corrugated boxes and partitions.
Packing finished merchandise in boxes.
Sealing cases with tape gun or tape machine.
Labeling finished cases with proper identification.
Placing finished cases on pallets using pre-determined case placements.
Monitoring merchandise cases to insure proper weight and accurate packaging components.
Monitoring machine scrap and follow scrap procedures. Ensure accurate hourly machine counts so that visual boards can be filled out correctly. Monitor and react to visual board information.
Cleaning and rinsing equipment during change overs.
Keeping work area and station clean at all times.
Labeling sides and ends of boxes and place stickers or other identifying information as requested by particular customer.
Operate packaging machines in compliance with procedures
Complete machine set-ups, product hook-ups, change overs, washouts and roll changes
Make all necessary machine adjustments as outlined in the operation guide for each packaging machine
Accurately complete all paperwork, including production work orders, downtime sheets, weight check, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience in a GMP/regulated industry is a plus!
Ability to lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to stay cool and calm under pressure and balance changing priorities with ease.
Outstanding attendance record.
Focus on safety with a history of practicing safe work habits.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.

As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for performance data management processes and routines. You will assist with training, coaching, and assessing the data health of the facility and support continuous improvement activities. You will dive into our data to help us identify opportunities to improve our performance and processes. In addition, you will be a leader among our teams to drive a culture of standards while performing traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.
+ Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data.
+ Responsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestle Manufacturing performance metrics.
+ Work collaboratively across departments and provide coaching to ensure overall data health within the facility.
+ Provide strong data visualization support to drive manufacturing excellence activities and communicate across the team effectively
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
**OR**
+ High school diploma with 5+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment

+ Experience with Power BI or related software preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 - $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
