Daniel E. Berce has been Senior Vice President & President and Chief Executive Officer, GM Financial since October 2010, when the company was purchased by General Motors. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCredit Corp. from August 2005 to September 2010, President from 2003 to 2005, and was Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 2003. He was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of AmeriCredit Corp. from November 1996 until April 2003, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from November 1994 until November 1996 and Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from May 1990 until November 1994.

DOUG JOHNSON has been Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since July 2013. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Associate Counsel from 2004 to 2013. He served as Vice President and Associate Counsel from 2001 to 2004 and was Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel from 2000 to 2001. Before joining GM Financial, Mr. Johnson served as in-house counsel at Mercedes Benz Credit and Chrysler Financial. Prior to that time, he was engaged in private legal practice primarily handling matters representing financial institutions.

Randy has more than 25 years of automotive and auto finance industry experience and, before joining the company in 2009, he was CIO for General Motors North American Service and Parts Operations and Global Development.
