Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of auto body parts to collision repair shops
Follow routes and time schedules
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
Collects payments from customers
Able to read and navigate by map, plot routes, and follow delivery instructions
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Shift: Monday - Friday/12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Qualifications/Skills:
Great attitude and personality
Good communication skills
Valid driver's license
Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver
Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Sales Representative is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The objective of our Representative is to drive profitable revenue growth in their assigned territory by ensuring Empire's current customers receive the right products and service when they need them, and identifying and pitching prospective customers who can benefit from Empire's unique value proposition.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a contact strategy for assigned customers and identified prospects, incorporating phone, email, and face to face visits.
Actively monitor order activity from all assigned customers'.
Contact assigned customers with declining volume to determine what is causing the drop. Take specific action to reverse such trends.
Identify new sales opportunities, primarily via Internet research, customer referrals, and observation while making customer visits.
Communicate competitive and other market information to relevant internal team members as it is learned.
Fully document all contacts in Empire ERP system.
Work directly with Empire customer care team to troubleshoot customer service issues as they arise.
Continue to stay current on Empire corporate information (locations, products, delivery schedules, etc.) to provide the most value to Empire's customers.
Complete all assigned training modules in a timely manner.
Support all Empire sales and marketing initiatives, as applicable.
Meet or exceed all sales objectives within assigned region/customer list.

Work with A/R on any delinquencies within assigned customer base to ensure consistent messaging.

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

Warehouse Supervisor

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal for each Warehouse Supervisor is to provide support to a fast-paced Warehouse Team. A successful Warehouse Supervisor will be able to be a contributor to the workflow of the department that oversees the warehouse operations and staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist in Safety and Warehouse Processes training
Maintain a safe and clean warehouse (Building and Equipment maintenance following safety regulations; trash clean up, facility repairs or equipment repair)
Manage the workflow for the major Warehouse tasks (Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance and QC)
Must be able to manage team members and create schedules
Troubleshoot problems associated with the daily operation in the major warehouse tasks (Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance and QC)
Assist the Warehouse manager in developing and updating SOPs
Identify productivity areas to measure to help the Director of Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Manager generate KPIs
An ability to interpret KPIs and guide the team to achieve the goals set forth
Schedule all incoming shipments- Overseas/domestic and update all relevant programs
Manage the order picking process
Create and schedule shipments of defective or damaged items back to vendors
Conduct equipment operator training
Order warehouse supplies and equipment
Schedule warehouse equipment maintenance
Process claims for defective or damaged product
Must be able to use email communication with other DCs, vendors or manufacturers
Oversee the Performance Management of warehouse staff
Assist in physical labor when needed
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
At least 1 year of Warehouse Lead experience
Highly motivated performer, versatile, agile and with strong leadership skills
Ability to present oneself in a professional, courteous manner, either by phone or by email.
Solid computer skills are required.
Fluent with workflow with relevant programs and processes.
High school degree or equivalent is required
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
*Shift: Monday - Friday/10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Closing Supervisor)

Required Skills/Abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a delivery or logistics setting.
• In-depth knowledge of delivery operations, including route planning, driver scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with the aftermarket collision auto part industry and understanding of parts compatibility and ordering processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
