Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) brings pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens to many northeast Ohio communities through our 40+ pediatric offices. We are seeking a part-time physician to join our established Ellet practice of 4 experienced pediatricians as the office continues to expand. This is an outpatient opportunity with shared after-hours call and half day Saturday's. Calls only reach the physician after being screened by our excellent after hour's nurse triage phone line which handles more than 90% of the calls. This is a busy existing practice that welcomes new graduates or established providers to step into a practice that they can continue to develop and grow. This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government. Our offices follow standard hospital-based policies, while retaining the local culture of each practice. Our physicians enjoy the use of EPIC as a system-wide integrated electronic health record. Our primary care offices are all PCMH certified. The Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care.
