Your Essential Duties as an LPN:
Administer general nursing care under the direction of healthcare providers.
Prepare patients for examinations, including preliminary physical tests and interviews.
Handle chart preparation and point-of-care testing.
Administer medications, and injections, and collect lab specimens.
Complete prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and medications.
Ensure proper follow-up and communication to avoid unnecessary hospital readmissions.

Minimum Qualifications:
New York State LPN license in good standing. (New graduates will also be considered).
Proven work experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer proficiency.

Summary of the LicensedPracticalNurse (LPN):
