Things you need to know to Succeed:
You must be able to read and understand blue print, process specs, Q.C. manuals, and production planning.
You must keep up with any type design changes.
You must be able to communicate to all managers when a problem arises and the means it will be corrected.
You must make sure your area is always within the guidelines of the Q.C. manual and be responsive to FAA audits and suggestions.
This is What You Do as a Production Supervisor:
You must make sure your direct reports are in their assigned areas and being productive.
Update ADP every week with employee time. Schedule vacation for each employee and yourself as to not disrupt the production flow for your department.
You will be responsible for carrying out monthly one and one's with your direct reports. You are also responsible for the hiring and dismissing of employees with the help of human resource department.
You will be responsible for communicating on a daily basis if the department is on schedule or if you have an issue.
You must work with the Q.C. department on getting all tools and assembly fixtures calibrated to not disrupt the area.
You must make sure all manufacturing orders are signed off and complete.
You must be able to communicate with other area supervisors when an issue arises.
You must make sure at all times your area is clean and your employees are working within the company safety guidelines

Job Details:
Starting Pay: 18.75/hr
Hours: Sunday-Wednesday (every Sunday is required)
12 hour shift - 8pm-8am
The Loadout Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading finished product into trucks and tankers, inspecting equipment prior to loading, collecting samples, and completing all required shipping and inventory documentation. This role supports production by assisting in plant operations during non‑loading periods and ensures compliance with Tyson safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards. The position requires consistent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in varying environmental conditions.
Ability to support Management by enforcing safety rules and the LOTO program, completing assigned tasks, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
Ability to read and write to complete all required documentation accurately.
Ability to complete Bills of Lading, shipping documents, and inventory logs for all finished product.
Ability to inspect and document the condition of all rail cars and tankers prior to loading.
Ability to collect samples as required and record sample data on test logs.
Ability to safely use high‑pressure hoses as required for assigned tasks.
Ability to perform basic mechanical and maintenance operations using basic hand tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with all levels of operations, including via radio.
Ability to work effectively when assigned to production operations during non-loading periods.
Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the workday.
Willing and able to perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders up to 60 feet.
Willing and able to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Willing and able to work in environments with strong odors, hot or cold temperatures, and dusty or wet conditions.
Willing and able to adapt to changing work assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Ability to comply with and follow all Tyson Foods Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Experience:
Must have 6 months of work history with a single employer within the past 12 months.
Special Skills:
Ability to complete all required documentation accurately.
Ability to comply with company work rules and safety expectations.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
