Will coordinate scheduling of NICU therapists along with the Adult Lead Therapist. Serves as a role model and advocates a highly efficient, accountable and collaborative team environment between staff and with physicians. The Lead Therapist - NICU will provide care to neonatal patients with the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
