POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the shift/line/area production plan. This is accomplished by leading a team of approximately 30 employees. Leadership of people includes participating in the hiring process, employee on-boarding, performance management and corrective action. Proactive cooperation with other groups on site and within NUSA to ensure that their area and people are fully aligned with the organization.
Modeling the way for others by practicing what is preached to create and maintain a workplace culture that engages and motivates associates at all levels. Focusing on results to deliver success as measured by key performance metrics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inclusive of equipment, safety procedures, and hygiene) Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the team.
Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times. Updated work instructions available for all positions. Processes are run in accordance with SOP's, SSOP's and other documentation. Activities being performed having an environmental impact are communicated and accomplished according to the environmental management.
Ensure quality objectives are met including regular adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks conducted according to policies. Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality -related errors. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety e.g. protective clothing (uniform), shoe change & hand wash.
Ongoing coaching of employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach. Daily review of achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetings. Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and Production Management
Ensure continuous line Controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions, internal and external regulations, procedures & policies.
Ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management.
Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
Ensure timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreed with the business unit/area.
Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration. Review daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic(s) and Team members to identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize, schedule, and ensure Maintenance & Repairs are completed to maximize efficiency.

Under the oversight of the Regional Director, the Warm Line Supervisor is responsible for the service delivery program to consumers and performs related work as required. The Production Supervisor will be trained and assigned on a rotational schedule to support and lead key operational areas Juice processing, Arils processing and Sanitation. will do:
Lead and supervise a team of production workers, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback, including engaging in corrective action conversations, to insure a safe working environment.
Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets and deadlines, including strict adherence to established production centerlines.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes, ensuring uniformity and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor and uphold the functionality of equipment, proactively initiating maintenance or repairs as necessary
Effectively manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to guarantee uninterrupted production.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating a safety-aware culture within the production team, along with collaborating with Quality control team to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Observes and enforces safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency in the production process.
Maintain precise production records and reports for review of upper management review regarding comprehensive performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Manage the Arils facility FMDS (floor management development systems) board and conduct daily meetings.
Collaborate with the sanitation lead to identify key cleaning areas and implement enhancements to sanitation procedures.
Assess required workforce and develop a labor model aligned with production requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the inbound/outbound shipping activities for quality, accuracy, and completeness of shipments. Will be involved with all employee relations including, but not limited to, evaluations, skill development, growth and advancement, and all disciplinary actions.
Communicates accurate information to management and other departments to ensure correct measures are taken and followed.
Ensures departmental compliance with company standard operating procedures, GMP's, policies and guidelines.
Manages flow of work within the warehouse to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and efficiency.
Assigns orders to loaders based on experience level, and priority/appointment time.
Inspect and audits all inbound/outbound orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance which may include special instructions.
Ensures accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders.
Conduct shift start up meetings and any departmental meetings.
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information, resolves problems, and identifies warehouse system improvements.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Creates positive impressions with store team and customers by bringing best self to work through business attire consistent with Coach's Guide to Style
Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business (i.e. charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)
Sensitive to customer and team needs and tailors approach by reading cues
Solution-oriented and forward thinking in resolving customer issues; partners with Store Manager(s) and/or District Manager as appropriate
Develops both self and individual product knowledge skills and remains aware of current collections

OPERATIONS:
Manages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business both seamlessly and pro-actively

Maintains interior and exterior upkeep of the building with partnership from the corporate office

Leverages Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts, including driving sales and achieving individual and team goals

Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service of Coach standards

Additional Requirements:
Experience: 1- 3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, etc.) preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets.
Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers
Schedule: Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days (including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.).
