KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Utilizes evidence based practice and unit specific competencies to assess the physical condition and respiratory needs of patients and develop a plan of care in a collaborative practice with the interprofessional team Monitors compliance with standards of care by observation, verbal reports, audits, and written documentation, and provides feedback to staff, educators, managers, and senior director.
