Oversee the digital inspection plan personnel, to ensure all requirements are effectively validated. Work with engineering and operations to implement sample inspection plans were allowed and create a plan to periodically review the accuracy of inspection plans. Coordinate with personnel to ensure source inspections are scheduled according to delivery requirements, and source audits are completed successfully. Oversee, coach, develop, and grow employees. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, record times to jobs accurately, and process and approve timecards for subordinates. Complete performance reviews of subordinates. Identify any shortcoming to schedule and communicate with scheduling. Coordinate training for new operators and coach existing operators on any new or changing processes. Demonstrate leadership in everything you do, be a helpful resource to your team members. Lead by example by safely and efficiently producing quality product.
