Lead planning meetings with department leaders prior to production shifts and confirm accurate stock levels of all raw materials and packaging components are in place before adding to the production schedule. Anticipate planning based on customer prior year purchases and current stock levels. Direct workers in adjusting machines and equipment to ensure products meet standards.
