Establish, monitor, and revise policies, procedures and service standard for customs clearance operations as dictated and allowed by applicable regulations. Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently administered.
Identify areas of concern in clients' import and export processes through monitoring of team performance against company and client standards, regular audit of shipment documents and accounting, and periodic client reviews.
Communicate with operations manager regarding progress and problems or issues. Maintain flexible work schedule include outside normal business hours and after hours on call rotation.
Effectively participate in and/or supervise department projects related to assigned area of responsibility.

The individual will be responsible for helping with the provision of all technical support to promoters/vendors as requested which has changed over the last few years with all the advanced technology used for most performances. This position also provides first level support to venue PC's.
A primary focus of this position is diagnoses and repair of problems in approximately $5M in LED equipment as well as handling implementation of graphic designs and integration of artwork into these systems. Candidate must be able to develop graphics both in static and AVI. This employee will perform extensive independent work on Greensboro Complex communications services and other mediums. This position addresses issues in very demanding and time sensitive situations for live events, in addition to coordinating the work of technical contractors and assuring that their work is performed at high levels and within tight time constraints. Duties also include the scheduling for operation and training of full and part-time staff on the operation of the sound, lighting, LED control systems for events.
This role will pay an annual rate of $79,000.00-$83,200.00.

The Role
As Production Manager, you'll oversee five packaging lines, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll lead a team of supervisors and play a crucial role in our continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure product quality and safety standards are met or exceeded
Manage and coach four supervisors, each overseeing 20+ team members per shift
Maintain equipment functionality and optimize production flow
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead daily KPI management
Contribute to overall plant performance as a key member of the leadership team
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
Occasional domestic and international travel
What You Bring
Required: 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Required: Bachelor's degree in food technology, engineering, supply chain, or related field (Master's preferred)
Strong knowledge of FDA requirements and GFSI certification standards
Experience with SAP and BRC-GS is advantageous
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

Job Summary
:
Supervises production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Typical staff size is 10-20 employees.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Ensures effective employee relations and provides employee coaching and development. Makes employment decisions and works through employee issues following proper management and HR dept protocols.
Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
Works to continuously improve in all areas.
Contributes to the continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing operations.
Assists with updating Standard Operating Procedures.
Assists with achieving daily production requirements and accurately reporting these results.
Participates in and actively support facility safety systems.
Understands and utilize the Quality Assurance system.
Provides leadership and manages department priorities.
Improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost) and increase subordinates' skills and capabilities.
Assists plant manager in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control and performance management.
Directs maintenance personnel to correct issues regarding equipment.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred.
3-5 years manufacturing experience.
1-2 years experience in plastics extrusion or plastics manufacturing.
1-2 years previous supervisory experienced preferred.
Kaizen training and work experience, a plus.
Quality management systems experience, a plus.

Print out and organize shipping orders from ShipStation each morning, assigning tasks to other team members when needed.
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately, and in a timely manner and are ready for USPS and FedEx Express pickup at 1pm daily.
Ensure all team members helping with fulfillment are following proper fulfillment procedures (FIFO, tidy packing, etc.)
Communicate regularly with Production and Fulfillment Second Shift Manager to maintain product inventories and prioritize specific production when necessary.
Ensure daily accuracy of “Finished Product” inventory.
Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for private label fulfillment and freight shipments.
