This position is responsible to support customer service and delivery activities by coordinating and directing teams tasked with shipping, receiving, and storage of goods. They focus on order fulfilment and supply chain coordination, as well as personnel management.

You will be responsible for
To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
Coordinate all shipments for customs clearance on timely fashion and ensure process flow based on best practices per shipment type: Air, Land and Ocean.
Completion of mid to high volume shipment clearance for Air, Land and Ocean on different customs ports of entry/outcome.
Preparation of Customs entries and documentation as needed.
Tariff research and classification of goods to comply with Canadian, Mexican and US customs regulations (as applicable).
Completion and monitoring of E29B's and complex entries. (CND Only)
Review, verify and document entry errors by updating applicable system.
Handling requests from internal and external clients in a prioritized, professional, and efficient manner.
Update client's product databases as needed.
Act as liaison between CBP, CSCB or Mexican Customs and operations to ensure compliance with each country applicable regulations.
Leadership Responsibilities
Ability to manage a group of 5 to 10 employees
Assist with performance evaluations for direct reports
Assign tasks to team members
Assists with training and guidance of direct reports
Monitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines
Supervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules
What we need from you
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in custom brokerage or logistics experience.
Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.

Preferable AES Knowledge
CCS Designation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and assign duties to grounds keeper staff.
Responsible for the proper storage of facility event equipment when not in use.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned and returned to their proper place when finished with them.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve grounds keeping operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to meet customer expectations.
Ability to work effectively as a team and with other building departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.
Perform turf and landscape activities such as such as dragging the infield for in-game maintenance, raking, tamping and watering the playing field.
Assist with maintenance and repair of irrigation system.
Assist with the set up and removal of batting practice equipment.
Prune and trim trees, shrubs and flowers.

This position is responsible for responsible for performing grounds, turf and landscape maintenance assigned by the Head and Assistant Groundskeeper.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and assign duties to grounds keeper staff.
Responsible for the proper storage of facility event equipment when not in use.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned and returned to their proper place when finished with them.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve grounds keeping operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to meet customer expectations.
Ability to work effectively as a team and with other building departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.
Perform turf and landscape activities such as such as dragging the infield for in-game maintenance, raking, tamping and watering the playing field.
Assist with maintenance and repair of irrigation system.
Assist with the set up and removal of batting practice equipment.
Prune and trim trees, shrubs and flowers.
Assist in the placement and removal of the infield tarp during inclement weather.
Assist with cleanup and maintenance of tools, equipment and the shop work area.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
