What We Are Looking For
Production leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a custom job shop environment (high mix, low volume preferred)
Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Spanish is required, with daily working proficiency to lead, coach, and problem-solve on the shop floor (native fluency not required)
Calm, resilient leadership style and comfort making decisions in a changing schedule environment
Stone fabrication experience is a plus, but strong manufacturing leaders from other industries are encouraged to apply

Qualifications/Education:
3-5 years of related supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Must have a “roll up your sleeves” approach, be highly analytical and forward thinking. This is a day to day operating role but also one that requires resourcefulness, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Requires a medium degree of technical and analytical skills. Requires the ability to do simple to complex math calculations.
Must be able to work in a high temperature/ humidity area.
