They should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and be capable of performing a wide variety of physical and technical tasks. The successful candidate demonstrates excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to follow processes accurately. Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting is helpful but not required. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to quality are essential. A successful candidate will be trained and expected to operate across multiple production areas, performing a wide range of manual and machine-assisted tasks.
