* High School Diploma or GED
* CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
* ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire
* Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
* Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
* Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs
Preferred Requirements
* 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.

Snarf's Sandwiches is hiring for our CO Springs location on N Academy Blvd and E Woodmen Rd. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and just generally awesome Supervisors to oversee and work side by side with our wonderful team.
The Supervisor is expected to support the General Manager with some of the daily administrative and operational duties, such as customer service, sales, paperwork, inventory, and labor control. The Supervisor contributes to the success of the store by also supporting the Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the employees to ensure friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

Ensure the highest quality sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. by observation and preparation
Manage time and shifts effectively

Required work experience, skills, and education:

Basic math, writing, and computer skills
