TempToFT Lead Machine Operator The role of Lead Machine Operator consists of serving as the machine operator to product high quality products, safely as well as coordinating production and floor activities. This role has a core focus of mentoring and cross training other operators on production standards and techniques. Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills are needed. This role serves as the mentor to others on the production floor and supports the on-boarding process of new hires. The Lead Operator ensures that the products meet quality standards, production goals are met and that the production staff is proficient in job tasks and achieving daily goals. The Lead Operator may also be trained as the back up to the location manager and will need to have average office skills and a good working knowledge of a computer. Individuals in this role will need to able to work in an office setting as well, printing documents, basic data entry and clerical skills. May be required to travel on an as needed basis.
