ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Leads and supervises technical teams at multiple sites. Supervises daily operations, personnel, time, and staffing at assigned facilities.
Assists with the administrative record keeping responsibilities of the department, such as work orders, maintenance history records, PM and safety inspections, repairs, reports, and repair parts inventory; as well as any necessary reports to ensure accurate recording of activities for code and regulatory purposes.
Establishes and maintains files of supporting literature for each piece of medical equipment, such as the manufacturers technical literature, reference standards, specifications, and other documents necessary to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including TJC.
Establishes equipment baselines, performs inspections and evaluations, interprets test results and makes recommendations to solve performance deficiencies.
Advises healthcare management on biomedical equipment and serve as a member of committees on Risk Management, Environment of Care, Safety, or other appropriate groups.
Conducts investigations into Sentinel events involving medical equipment. Collaborates with Risk to conduct a Root Cause Analysis.
Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

Communicate daily with the crew regarding safety, performance metrics (KPIs), corrective actions, and future plans through High Performance Team (HPT) boards and meetings.
Review production schedules, assign tasks appropriately, and address schedule adjustments while ensuring proper staffing and equipment performance.
Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork and records for the shift, ensuring smooth communication with off-going and on-coming shifts.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate's Degree required.

Production Operator LeadThis position is responsible for collaborating with the Production Supervisor to assist with daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.

Utilizes the Efficiency Improvement Tools to understand and comment on line downtime and communicates appropriately per the escalation plan.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Abides by Niagara's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Position Description
The ProductionManager is responsible for driving and managing the production process and associates at the facility while maintaining efficient production in desired quality and quantity. Spanning nearly 480,000 square feet, this facility will produce approximately 6 million pounds of leafy greens annually.
Specifically, you will:
Manage greenhouse workforce by achieving greenhouse objectives including hiring, firing, labor planning, workforce organization and labor reporting across all greenhouse departments
Convert plant yield into revenue for operating expenses, and for the operation of the facility, including:
production (WIP and people) planning and reporting
labor management
balancing inputs
throughput & demand
facilities maintenance
Be accountable for inventory control and managing inbound and outbound shipments of production supplies
Manage labor expenses, energy utilization and other operating expenses
Lead efforts to be a LEAN organization and be a guide through kaizen activities to improve system efficiency
Maintain SQF requirements and maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe greenhouse facility and operation
Train greenhouse employees on all food safety material, food safety best practices, as well as maintaining, monitoring, and verifying all food safety logs
Work closely with the GeneralManager, Head Grower and other members of the management team to:
develop and execute the strategies to achieve BrightFarms' mission
lead BrightFarmers to enable them to execute the strategies to achieve BrightFarms' mission
Coordinate supplies with vendors/partners
Track all incoming, outgoing, and consumption of inventory for work in process (WIP) inventory, packaging materials, supplies, PPE, and chemicals
Assist and support the Head Grower in all aspects of the greenhouse management and provide labor and resources to assist as needed
The ideal candidate:
2-4 years of experience in a production environment or related work experience

Responsible to ensure all internal and OSHA required safety procedures are followed.

Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e., Quality manual, Employee Policy Guide, etc.)
Walk the floor with prior Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure smooth shift to shift handoff.
Schedule all overtime and /or lack of work and ensure HR has a copy.
Ensure Die Setters have their line up sheet and adress any issues.
Complete Supervisor Verification Sheet.
Ensure all Process Tech & Die Setter daily sheets are completed and turned in on a daily basis
Qualifications:
Related Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous automotive operations management experience preferred.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of your crew during shifts while driving continuous improvement in production processes, quality, and safety. You will lead and support a team of Production employees, providing training, development, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of all crew members during shifts and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
Direct and oversee the efforts of Production and QA employees, providing both positive and constructive performance feedback.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Verify readiness of raw materials, labeling, equipment, tools, production orders, warehouse availability, and labor for current and upcoming runs.
Monitor environmental procedures and reporting, ensuring compliance within designated response times.
Manage issues related to the Facility Emergency Contingency Plan and ensure proper response.
Collaborate with crew and other departments to improve processes, products, and safety while reducing costs through innovation and data analysis.
Troubleshoot high-level issues with Key Operators, Maintenance personnel, or Management as needed.
Communicate daily with the crew regarding safety, performance metrics (KPIs), corrective actions, and future plans through High Performance Team (HPT) boards and meetings.
Review production schedules, assign tasks appropriately, and address schedule adjustments while ensuring proper staffing and equipment performance.
Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork and records for the shift, ensuring smooth communication with off-going and on-coming shifts.
Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of production experience in an industrial manufacturing facility.
Minimum three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in production supervision, quality assurance, or a related field.
Knowledge of safety protocols, production processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
Knowledge of production principles involved in project planning, resource allocation and leadership techniques.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies/practices.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to adhere to all safety standards while remaining focused on quality and service.
Computer skills in a MS Windows Environment; proficient in Word and Excel.
