Other 3PLs may merge into Fetch over the next 1-3 years, driving even faster growth than we're already experiencing. Given our growth, we now need a strong operations leader to continue scaling the team and delivering great outcomes for both current and incoming customers. As this is a critical role for the company's success, it will report directly into the CEO. Goals Take over all aspects of operations management from the CEO within 90 days.
