Key Accountabilities:
* Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing activities such as assembly of components into subassemblies; mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic); installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives; and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment.
* Interfaces with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.
Required Skills:

This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $68,000.

Responsibilities
Facilitates production needs to produce high quality events at the venue
Works directly with production staff, multiple departments, and other teams to realize audio, video, lighting, rigging, and other production-related needs for all events
Meets with clients, external vendors, and internal teams assigned to events to facilitate production designs and needs
Develops computer-aided design (CAD) drawings when needed for events and reviews, interprets, approves, and provides direction for changes based on external production company drawings and rigging plots
Attends staff and client meetings; develops and maintains a harmonious working relationship with all clients, production companies, external vendors, IATSE, internal departments, and other stakeholders of events
Works closely with Technical Services Sales Manager (TSSM) on event production consultations, implementation of the technical design and estimated invoice, and updates TSSM as needed on design changes and labor hours resulting in changes to the invoice
Supervises full-time production staff including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, appraising, and discipline of staff
Supervises crews of part-time A/V Technicians including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress on work calls, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for payroll, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, reviewing, and discipline of staff
Maintain department records including documentation on personnel, event designs and advance notes, event recaps, repair and maintenance history and timelines, equipment inventories, and other documentation as needed
Provides timely response and follow up on consultations, maintenance, and orders placed with external vendors for production needs; responsible for purchasing paperwork associated with external vendors
Assists in developing bid specifications, renewal agreements, and manage all related items to ensure quality and timely results
Maintains overall departmental budget and assists TSSM in reaching financial goals for production services offered to events
Maintains production shops, storage rooms, and theatrical spaces for cleanliness and safe working conditions
Provides proper control and care for life safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) for all production teams, both internal and external, working on site
Provides support to BOK Center Production team as needed and when possible
Performs other duties as assigned based on facility and event needs

The ProductionManager (PM) role at Arvest Convention Center (ACC) is responsible for providing high quality production services at the venue. This position requires proficiency in fundamental technologies including audio, video, lighting, rigging, signal distribution, CAD drafting software and drawings, equipment and venue maintenance, and other related areas of event production. This position supervises two full-time staff and a crew of part-time A/V Technicians.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $68,000.

Responsibilities
Facilitates production needs to produce high quality events at the venue
Works directly with production staff, multiple departments, and other teams to realize audio, video, lighting, rigging, and other production-related needs for all events
Meets with clients, external vendors, and internal teams assigned to events to facilitate production designs and needs
Develops computer-aided design (CAD) drawings when needed for events and reviews, interprets, approves, and provides direction for changes based on external production company drawings and rigging plots
Attends staff and client meetings; develops and maintains a harmonious working relationship with all clients, production companies, external vendors, IATSE, internal departments, and other stakeholders of events
Works closely with Technical Services Sales Manager (TSSM) on event production consultations, implementation of the technical design and estimated invoice, and updates TSSM as needed on design changes and labor hours resulting in changes to the invoice
Supervises full-time production staff including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, appraising, and discipline of staff
Supervises crews of part-time A/V Technicians including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress on work calls, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for payroll, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, reviewing, and discipline of staff
Maintain department records including documentation on personnel, event designs and advance notes, event recaps, repair and maintenance history and timelines, equipment inventories, and other documentation as needed
Provides timely response and follow up on consultations, maintenance, and orders placed with external vendors for production needs; responsible for purchasing paperwork associated with external vendors
Assists in developing bid specifications, renewal agreements, and manage all related items to ensure quality and timely results
Maintains overall departmental budget and assists TSSM in reaching financial goals for production services offered to events
Maintains production shops, storage rooms, and theatrical spaces for cleanliness and safe working conditions
Provides proper control and care for life safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) for all production teams, both internal and external, working on site
Provides support to BOK Center Production team as needed and when possible
Performs other duties as assigned based on facility and event needs

Minimum Education & Experience

Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing activities such as assembly of components into subassemblies; mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic); installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives; and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment.
Interfaces with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.)
At least 5 years experience in a leadership/management role
Flexibility working 1st, 2nd and alternative work week shifts
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Experience developing and managing a statement of work on time and within budget
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SAP
Ability to work any shift, including alternative work weeks
Experience working in a union environment with collective bargaining agreements
Experience monitoring cost

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $53,400 - $95,300

POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares and operates molding press to process/produce a high-quality product. Ensures production continuity of press lines. Troubleshoots equipment and processes as need arises. Assists operators with documentation and processes. Ensures molding records reflect accuracy of the day's production. Fills in for Molding Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets up press-checking tonnage, cure time, temperature, speed control etc.
Retrieves preforms/extrusions/inserts for job as needed.
Makes sure paperwork is filled out correctly.
Approves time in Mercury (Kronos).
Has an understanding of the molding processes at all skill levels.
Understands how to operate press according to job specifications.
Insures MIP's are being followed.
Inspects parts for flaws.
Helps troubleshoot molding of rejected parts.
Records time and work on the labor ticket each day.
Checks production records for job completion and upcoming assignments.
Communicates with support departments as necessitated by production needs.
Assigns presses as necessary.
Assists employees as needed.
Communicates all production/press-related information to the next shift lead or shift Supervisor.
Understands LEAN concepts, such as TAKT, time, capacity measures, etc.
Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fills in for supervisor when needed
Assists with mold installation as needed
Assists with material handling between departments as needed
Facilitates the training of press operators at all levels
Moves molding materials from the staging area to the pressline
Able to relieve and fill-in during lunch breaks and operate press
