Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain HESQ compliance as the top priority: Ensures all AIMS policies, procedures and processes are followed by all shift teams (SWP, MOC, Atlas, EDMS, Shift Change, MyLearning). Auditing will be a key aspect in driving to the desired results. Participates and supports MOC, PSSR, Startup Permits, and PHA activities for the Houston Site. With responsibility for a day or night shift, the Supervisor continually monitors efficiency and quality metrics, assigns work and provides coaching to supervised staff, and addresses a variety of operational issues.
