Continuous improvements with operations and work with production inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective actions. Support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting procedures in all aspects of equipment applications and control systems. Leads the Maintenance team to meet or exceed regulatory or customer expectations in regards to food safety or quality. Backup to Maintenance Site Leader to meet or exceed regulator or customer expectations in regards to food safety or quality.
