A Production Superintendent to lead the manufacturing unit to ensure production areas achieve targets for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), cost, quality, and schedule. + Bachelor's degree, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience is preferred. Relevant field experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.

Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth

Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.

Education and/or Experience Required
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Team Leader position will be in our Wichita Falls, Texas facility and will support manufacturing through production control, problem solving initiatives, and assume an indirect responsibility for product throughput partnering with the department supervisor.
This involves the leadership of hourly employees in the department cultivating desired outcomes in terms of safety, quality, process integrity, team assignments, related administrative work and other assigned tasks designed with a keen eye on minimizing production bottlenecks and anticipating production needs.
