General Technologies Corp. is a Canadian company, and was incorporated in the province of British Columbia on August 16th, 1988.
General Technologies Inc. (formerly dba Varitech, Inc.) was founded in 1988 by Felix Sorkin with the vision of becoming recognized world-wide as the source for technically advanced products within the Concrete Construction Industry.
In 1993, following the success of the TA100 Smartach+, General Technologies Corp. introduced the TD101, with the same capabilities as the TA100 but also able to measure RPM in Diesel engines.
Circa 1998 all new MOSFETS include a structure called a Two Dimensional Electron Gas, just in time to keep Moore’ Law on track.
