Steve Bradshaw is president and CEO of BOK Financial Corporation. He leads a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of services for commercial, consumer, and wealth management clients with banking centers in eight states, including high-growth markets such as Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Denver and Phoenix. BOK Financial also operates a number of national lines of business including energy services, healthcare banking, trading and brokerage, mortgage origination and TransFund, a top 10 electronic funds transfer network. Bradshaw became the chief executive at BOK Financial in January of 2014. Bradshaw joined the company in 1991 when he sold his wholly-owned retail brokerage business to BOK Financial. Over the next 23 years, he built the investment and consumer businesses for the organization. Bradshaw earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with distinction from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Very active in the community, Bradshaw is the past chair for the Tulsa Regional Chamber and is former chairman of its convention and visitor’s bureau, Visit Tulsa. He serves on the board of directors of Oklahoma State University's Lew Wentz Foundation, and formerly a trustee on the University of Tulsa board. Bradshaw is a past board member of Tulsa Community Foundation, Tulsa River Parks Authority, Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League, YWCA Tulsa, and Tulsa Habitat for Humanity, Tulsa Area United Way, Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS), and Junior Achievement of Oklahoma.

Mary Ann Scully is a lifelong banker with a unique background of successfully leading both large and small organizations working both domestically and internationally. Her passion is helping small and medium sized businesses in Greater Baltimore grow in size, profitability and expertise and, in that way, making the communities in which the bank works more successful and sustainable .She leads teams of commercial relationship managers,business bankers, community branches, risk managers and strategists. She herself is involved in hands on leadership work at numerous not for profit companies throughout the Greater Baltimore marketplace.
