Pros of working at Genesco

The environment and how easy it is to move up with the company.

Cons of working at Genesco

I had 4 bad managers in a row, and 2 bad District managers. By the time I had my own store, I was making almost nothing because of the area I was in, and my DM wasn't helping.

Genesco benefits

The people. You meet the best people, I've met Life long friends working here. And the 40% discount is cool.
