Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Interventional Pain Territory Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales objectives of the Interventional Pain products. This includes both Capital purchases, as well as consumable product line that includes nerve ablation needles, radiofrequency ablation (rhizotomy) products, and other products providing solutions in the of treatment for pain. This role requires working a Capital Sales funnel, as well as driving increased adoption in existing accounts. The Territory Manager will work with Health Care Professionals and business leaders in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics in a geographic territory. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate for the Territory Manager role will utilize analytical skills and product knowledge to build and maintain relationships with facility staff in assigned markets. Utilizing CRM tools and reporting data will enable the Territory Manager to grow their territory and deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, therapists, nurses, clinicians, department decision makers and/or administrators within assigned accounts or markets
Optimize opportunities and generate new customer leads while actively protecting existing market share
Develop and maintain expertise across a range of products and product platforms
Manage a Capital Sales Funnel, as well as increase utilization at existing accounts
Drive contract management, including local price negotiations
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives
Actively participate with Regional Manager in the strategic and tactical planning process
Sales positioning, analysis, and in-servicing of product categories that address customers' pain points
Implementation of the business and selling activities required to meet objectives
Your qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field
At least three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales
Understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process including the role of GPO's, IDN's, and Distributors
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including but not limited to fee for service, value-based care and alternative payment methods
Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge status quo
Strong verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Ability to travel frequently and overnight
Occasional Tradeshow attendance on weekends is required
Minimum of seven years working with PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.

Overview
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the management of contractors and vendors in facilities. Respond promptly and follow up consistently to support overall success and workflow efficiency.
Vendor and supplier selection, relationship management, and assessment of cost, level of service availability, to efficiently serve the needs of the business.
Independently manage small capex remodels, minor remodel work, painting jobs and other miscellaneous improvements.
Qualify the scope, means, methods, schedule, etc. to ensure the needs of the business are met and with a proper plan to implement the facilities plan of Sage Dental locations.
Ownership of repairs or maintenance of the support center (corporate office).
Manage, or take ownership of support center corporate services for facilities and replenishment vendors.
Adherence to Sage Dentals standards for replacement design and branding image elements.
Subcontractor appropriation and the ability to pivot to other vendors as needed.
Evaluate and monitor contractors, vendors, and suppliers and ensure they are performing up to Sage's standards.
Work with the facilities management leadership team to ensure materials/services are obtained at competitive rates.
Approve and verify accuracy of facility invoices submitted by contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintain and monitor any preventative maintenance programs relating to recurring services.
Invoice reconciliation, review, and approval of vendor pay requests.
Visit offices/sites when required to evaluate work under construction, punch lists, and/or issues negatively impacting practice operations.

Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a comparable role.
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required); High school diploma or equivalent required.
Multi-unit or multi-location facility management experience is preferred (not required).
Ability to read / interpret construction drawings, service level agreements, contracts, material specifications, governing regulations, codes, and technical manuals.
Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully solve complex problems.
Effectively multitask while staying organized.
Critical thinking, ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

About Our Respiratory Team:
Comprised of over 400 Respiratory team members, our Respiratory Care team provides a wide range of specialized services to support patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions in the hospital setting. In addition to core respiratory therapy, services include pulmonary rehabilitation, asthma and COPD education, pulmonary function testing, and interventional procedures such as bronchoscopies and thoracentesis. The team also supports advanced diagnostics through robotic-assisted bronchoscopy and collaborates with the multidisciplinary Lung Nodule Clinic for lung cancer screening and evaluation. Respiratory therapists play an essential role in managing ventilators, providing airway support, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across critical care and acute care units.

About this Position:
Gulf Coast Medical Center is a 699-bed Acute Care Facility in the heart of Fort Myers. It serves as a major hub for advanced care in Southwest Florida, offering comprehensive services in trauma, emergency medicine, stroke care, oncology, cardiology, orthopedics, and surgery. As an accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and the only Level II Trauma Center in the region, Gulf Coast Medical Center has earned high ratings from CMS and The Leapfrog Group, reflecting Lee Healths commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to the community. At Gulf Coast Medical Center, the respiratory/ pulmonary care team is a fully integrated component of the hospitals critical and acute care services. Their work spans the continuum from emergency ventilator management through post-discharge pulmonary rehabilitation and education.
As a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, you will assist the director in supervising personnel and overseeing the daily operations of the Respiratory department. Helps to recommend and implement policies and procedures. Understands and follows human resources and health system policies and procedures. Assists the director in hiring, orienting, developing, coaching, counseling and termination of employees. Coordinates equipment maintenance needs, performance improvement, and quality control activities specific to the department. Performs assessment of staff blood gas competencies if qualified as a Key Operator. Measures ongoing performance improvement efforts. Manages supplies and payroll to operate within the department budget. Participates in the interview and decision process for new hires. May also participate in delegating daily assignments and participates on various committees.
Observes activities of staff and provides input for competency evaluations and performs annual evaluations for direct staff. Helps to mentor lead Respiratory Therapists in their development. As appropriate and when needed, performs in the capacity of a Lead or bedside Respiratory Therapist. May represent the department and/or director on campus committees and meetings as designated. Acts as the designated department leader or representative in the absence of the director. Performs functions and duties delegated by the director. Assumes other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the director.
What this Position Requires:
Educational Requirements:Bachelors Degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience including all intensive care/critical care areas.
Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the State of Florida
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required. ACLS, PALS, NRP (as appropriate to job function and population served) required. Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
*For a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor - Critical Care: Must be credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as RRT-NPS or RRT-ACCS as per population served.
Other: Leadership characteristics. Strong work ethic. Analytical and critical thinking skills.Computer skills-Word & Excel.

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for adherence to and compliance with all American Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) professional standards.
