HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You'll provide patients with access to community resources and ensure that the patients' medical, emotional and safety needs are met. You'll provide comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician. You will educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient.

HOW YOU'LL WORK:

4. Equipment: Monitors wheelchairs, lifts and other safety equipment; sees that repairs are made promptly and correctly in the event of faulty equipment.
