Must have basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment and possess a basic knowledge of construction principles. As Maintenance Specialist, you will impact the lives of our residents by - Assists in the execution of preventative maintenance program. Communicates with Corporate Director of Maintenance for needed technical advice, product information, research and quality assurance guidance. To become Maintenance Specialist, you will need - Associate degree and 2-5 years of experience OR accredited maintenance training and 4-6 years of experience preferred.
