While I enjoyed working for a large nursing home care provider because I was able to gain experience across several subject matters in healthcare and overseeing multiple work sites. After several work sites were sold, lack of stability became an issue.
I use my cell phone for work, so reimbursement for this costs is a huge benefit. I am a huge coffee drinker, so coffee and pretzel Friday is a hit.
I like to stay busy. There was always work to be done.
The company doesn’t have enough staff to operate safely. I didn’t feel safe working there.
I liked that I could acquire paid time off. However I couldn’t take it because I was always told they didn’t have anyone to cover for me.
i do not like this company they don't give raises they don't want to get up the pay amount to get there own staff they contract out to agency company's it seem to me they rather pay more money to out agency's company's than to up the pay and keep there own staff.
