Nothing!
Too much micromanaging by the director. The director was unwilling to listen to staff on subjects they were more informed about. The pay was low and staff was unprepared for certain behavior problems.
I learned what a poorly ran school looks and acts like. I learned that teachers as well as students voices should always have a say in how the learning process can be achieved. Obviously, this is not a priority as evidenced by the low test scores.
