This is a leadership-level position responsible for facility upkeep, HVAC and mechanical system operations, project coordination, and the supervision of local maintenance teams. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in HVAC (commercial systems preferred), electrical and plumbing repairs, preventive maintenance, and facilities management.
