We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to oversee the financial management and reporting of a multi-unit enterprise consisting of 80+ operating locations. Key Responsibilities
Financial Close & Reporting

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute procedures as outlined by management team.
Drive Sales.
Understand and enforce all club and bar rules and guidelines.
Supervise the accuracy of inventory for the bar and shake this!
Responsible for loss prevention.
Handle operations, which include hiring, scheduling, training and management of staff.
Responsible for daily register deposits.
Attends all staff and club meeting and events.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with members/guest and staff.
Ensures that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
Ensures bar is clean, maintained and organized at all times.
Expectations:
Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs
Provide input in developing strategies to support club and bar goals and objectives
Develop and build a team atmosphere among staff and department
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
Job Requirements:
Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date
Ability to work well with others
Experience in cash handling and credit cards
Customer service abilities
Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking

This position is responsible for conducting safe and effective aquatic classes, as well as inform and motivate new and current members on the benefits of regular exercise.

Promote all classes and events internally and externally

Coordinate replacement sub if unable to teach assigned class, per supervisors approval
