As a Senior Software Engineer on the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Mobile Development Team, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle development of a Kotlin Multiplatform mobile application currently shipped for Android/iOS. This app has been in the market for multiple years and there is currently a big opportunity to contribute ideas and code that will be used around the world. Major Responsibilities/Activities: • Design, development, and testing of features/functions delivered via iOS and Android applications using Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, Compose Multiplatform, Swift, and Swift UI. • Stay current with industry developments and new trends • Recommend new technologies as components of a solution when appropriate • Taking ownership of features beginning to end: from design documents and reviews to acceptance testing and deployment • Understand and comply with PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR • Adhere to Genesys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
